when i was reviewing tomboy....

i stumbled upon afterburner by a music artist from the 80's called ZZ Top

and i found the song sleeping bag and stages so i looked up the videos of the two on youtube and i found this for sleeping bag:

and this for stages:

course all you hipsters and old folk will love this video if you want to know this is a band from the early 70's and they are aparently a blues rock group from texas (blues havent heard that word in a long time) anyway if you really have time and resources look em up they may not have impacted modern muisc that much (id be suprised if they have though) but they are a formidable listen.
and their #1 hit is la grange from tres hombres i actually heard this song before somewhere and yes it is a big song Hahahaah and i found a video of slash with zz top so heres the coolness :D anyway i was just gonna tell you about this band that kinda faded away thruogh time so yeah sucks but listen to em you might like em you know.

Alex Ebert makes a solo debut

The lead singer of Edward Sharpe and the magnetic zeros. And his band Ima robot where he's called "Edward Sharpe"

The supposed to be rapper got into drugs, went into rehab, and then he started ESATMZ with Jade Castrinos. So in a way Alexander a flash back of what he was and who he is today.

It's a good album with songs like truth, glimpses, and let's win! as Golden apples.

I like the album and I think its a good buy but id try Edward Sharpe and the mags first and also Ima robot

But anyway that's what on my mind since I shuffled my iPod and let's win! Started. I also want to take time to say that I'm excited the death cab for cutie and telekinesis! Concert coming up ill post pics on this blog when that comes along

Also the new someone still loves you Boris Yeltsin is almost here can't wait.
